SIMON:
So, before we get into some of the technical training, I wanted to cover off what the PIXIE Partners Program is and how that provides you a range of resources as a certified installer.

So, first of all, the PIXIE Partners Program is actually a rewards program for electricians like yourself. And very simply, every time you buy PIXIE, you get reward points. Simply log into your PIXIE Partners account and provide your invoice from your electrical wholesaler and will accrue your PIXIE Points.

Those PIXIE Points can then be used later to purchase more free PIXIE products inside that environment. No cash has changed hands, it’s simply using the PIXIE Points. There’s also a current redemption program running, which you will find those details inside the PIXIE Partners Program. More importantly though, that’s where we have all of the technical resources that you as an electrician will need.

Hi Simon, yes. I tried everything. Interesting that this was on an iPad with both Safari and Chrome, and today when I tried on my PC, also using Chrome, it works.

Working through the course now.

Having the same issues as others with the inability to move past this tutorial. Have attempted all of the solutions suggested here – clicked ‘mark complete’ at bottom of the page, cleared history etc, logged out/in, tried different browsers – but still no resolution.
